Certified Money Laundering Specialist and the National Money Transmitter
CAM is duly registered with the Financial Crimes
Enforcement Network (FinCEN)
the registration, reporting, recordkeeping, and anti-money laundering program
requirements contained in regulations promulgated pursuant to the
USA Patriot Act
CAM is committed to assist the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network in its
mission to support law enforcement investigative efforts against domestic and
international financial crimes.
Therefore, as part of the federal government’s fight against money
laundering and other financial crimes,
CAM is required,
under the Federal Bank Secrecy Act, by the U.S. government
to ask from its customers their names, addresses and government-issued
identification and other relevant information in order to complete certain
transactions. The customer’s
